I ordered the ‘Solid Gold’ chicken today to replace our current doorstop (a plastic crate full of books). ‘One Man Cry’ cracks me up too - I wish we had two doors in need of stopage.

How can I recycle this? is a UK blog/community built around what to do with bits of soap, old calendars, and broken TVs. The responses are creative and crafty (make the soap bits into dish soap, paper your drawers with old calendars, and the classic fish tank TV) and just my type.

I was wrong. The bag is Orla Kiely! I love Orla Kiely. Her bold prints are the perfect mix of smart and cute without being cutesy.

Yum! My mom took me to Adams Avenue Grill for lunch while I was home for the holidays. I ordered the Open Faced Grilled Vegetable Panini which was great. My mom ordered Slow-Roasted Pork Stuffed Enchiladas with Red Mole Sauce. It was amazing. I couldn’t stop thinking about it for the next week. The pork was perfectly tender and the mole was some of the best I’ve had.

Go for lunch. Cheapers and comes with desert. Try the key lime pie. (entrees $8.95-11.95)
